What products does Wyld Oz make & sell?

Our innovative products are listed on our SHOP page/s (coming soon). Some items are universal and others are Make & Model specific.

New products and items are being developed and introduced regularly and will be updated on our site periodically. Bookmark our site and subscribe to stay informed.

Why should I buy Wyld Oz products?

Our items are 100% Australian designed and made & have been researched, developed and thoroughly tested in harsh Australian conditions.

You can have individual customisation to meet your needs, including but not limited to, custom Laser Etching. (Conditions apply)

What is meant by "individual customisation"?

When you purchase from us you can have most items laser etched* with a personalised message or image (*longer lead time and additional costs apply).

We don't believe in "one size fits all" or "sold as is", so feel free to contact us if you also have your own idea on modifying any of our products to better suit your needs. Our aim is to keep our valuable customers happy by providing products that meet your requirements.

Can I have my existing items customised by Wyld Oz?

Depending on the type of materials your item is made of, yes, we offer Laser Etching to items already owned by you. Materials include: Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Some mild steels, Plastics, Wood, Glass, Leather.................

We also do light fabrication and welding subject to availability. Other services may be added as our business progresses.

Due to logistics, some services may only be available to customers located in Whyalla or surrounding areas.

If you are unsure, just send us a message and we will try and work it out with you.

I have paid for my item, when will I receive it?

All items purchased from us are sent to you with tracking. Please email us if your delivery is delayed and we will investigate.

If you originally requested modifications to your item, we will have provided you with information including additional time to carry out the extra work. Please monitor your emails/messages for updates on where your purchase is at, or alternatively send us an email/message at info@wyldoz.au. We strive to keep you updated throughout the entire process.

What if I need to make a Warranty claim?

We stand by the quality of our products and trust that you never have to claim under Warranty.
Warranty information is provided with each product shipped. If you unfortunately do need to make a claim, please email us at info@wyldoz.au and we will work through the process with you.

How do I remove items from my shopping bag?

If you changed your mind and want to remove an item from your shopping bag, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page and change the number of items to "zero" next to the item/s you want to remove.
